London, ON – November 10, 2009 –
Finally, a Social Media Strategy Workshop that brings together what to do…and then helps you get it done! Two London firms, Downshifting – Professional Organizing Solutions and inaZooma, bring their talents to a classroom-style workshop.
Traditional advertising models are inadequate for today’s business environment. Customers are savvier than ever using online services to find up-to-the-minute information about purchases they want to make. Businesses need to learn how to engage their customers effectively.
The words Social Media are regularly bantered back and forth, but few companies help people use this form of marketing to its maximum potential. Welcome this collaborative effort that creates a workshop that goes much further than a mere introduction to LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Attendees will a) actually build their personal profiles using a workstation and a workbook, b) get one-on-one attention while training, c) learn how to link it all together, and finally d) receive the skills to manage the profiles on their own in the future.
Margarita Ibbott, a workshop leader/professional organizer, and Stuart Budden, a website builder/profile creator, bring this hands-on training to business owners, who want to better brand their businesses…build their SEO targets…and improve customer awareness through direct contact.
Hosted at TrisanOne, 343 Dundas St, London, ON, there are a limited number of individual workstations ready for business owners to become students of blogs, e-zines, tweets, and newsletters.
On Friday, November 27th attendees can choose one of two sessions being offered – Morning Session from 9 am – 12 pm, or Afternoon Session from 1 pm – 4 pm.
Having an effective online presence depends on businesses’ abilities to drive direct and indirect traffic to their virtual locations.
Letting this traffic know what the business owner is doing right now – is key to success!
